Several years ago, we established a Leadership Development Strategy that focused on developing the leadership skills of our employees at all levels. This strategy has been successfully implemented through a comprehensive set of training programs. Also available are Web-based resources that offer employees the opportunity to strengthen existing skills and develop new ones.

The Merck Action Network educates employees and retirees about important policy issues and requests their support of legislation that protects our ability as well as that of the research-based pharmaceutical industry to discover, develop, manufacture and distribute new medicines.
